Lin Xiao received the Ph.D. degree from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2014. He is currently a Professor with the College of Information Science and Engineering, Hunan Normal University, Changsha, China. He has authored over 100 papers in international conferences and journals, such as the IEEE-TNNLS, the IEEE-TCYB, the IEEE-TII and the IEEE-TSMCA. His main research interests include neural networks, robotics, and intelligent information processing.

VTT-Technical Research Center of Finland, Oulu, FinlandShuai Li (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in precision mechanical engineering from the Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2005, the M.E. degree in automatic control engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA, in 2014. He is currently a Full Professor with the Faculty of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland, and also an adjunct Professor with Technology Research Center of Finland (VTT). His research interests include robotics, autonomous manufacturing, dynamic neural networks, machine learning, and autonomous systems. - Spyridon MourtasNational and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Sofokleous 1 Street, 10559 Athens, GreeceSpyridon Mourtas is a Postdoctoral researcher at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His principal interests are in Computational Mathematics, Computational Finance and Applied Linear Algebra.
